Business Unit Window Systems: Sven Kauschus Appointed Head of the Division
The Board of Directors of Ernst Schweizer AG has definitively appointed Sven Kauschus as Head of the Window Systems Business Unit. He will assume the role as of 2026.
Sven Kauschus brings more than 30 years of experience in window technology and over 15 years of leadership experience. He has been part of Ernst Schweizer AG for five years and has already played a key role in shaping the Window Systems Business Unit. Under his leadership, the wood/metal production facility in Möhlin was comprehensively modernised, further strengthening quality and reliability.
Patric Strüby will continue to be responsible for innovation and development and will additionally assume the role of Deputy Head of the Business Unit.

For customers, the proven support structure remains unchanged. The Window Systems Business Unit will continue to be supported by the existing, experienced sales team and will be further developed in a focused manner. The emphasis remains on innovative window systems, high quality, reliability and long-term, partnership-based collaboration.
