In line with our mission statement and personnel strategy, Schweizer trains young people in careers relevant for the company, qualifying this up-and-coming talent as skilled professionals and equipping them to access a challenging jobs market.
Vocational training at Schweizer – a central concern.
Ernst Schweizer AG is currently training around 35 apprentices in eight different professions. Our qualified team of supervisors prepare these young people for the successful completion of their apprenticeships in the best possible way. In-house training and education measures, apprentice camps and days of action round off this offer. Wherever possible and requested, we endeavour to find a suitable follow-up solution internally on completion of an apprenticeship.
In addition to securing our next generation of well-trained professionals, our commitment to vocational training also aids the integration of young people who would otherwise have no, or few, professional training options.
