The evowin window system is based on a modular and economical platform concept. Thanks to its newly developed design, the number of components required in stock is significantly reduced, making work preparation and the entire production process more efficient. The future-proof construction is already designed to meet emerging market requirements. Thanks to the innovative Multiclip, a wide variety of installation situations, window designs and additional functions can be implemented flexibly and efficiently while saving valuable time.

The innovative Multiclip – the efficient core element.

During the development of the evowin window system, the number of required connection elements was consistently reduced to a minimum. By maximizing the spacing between the Multiclips, material consumption and assembly effort are significantly reduced, resulting in direct cost savings. The front-facing right-angle screw connection directly into the timber simplifies handling and enables full automation of clip installation. The entire evowin system covers all functions with just two clip types. This minimizes the risk of confusion during production, reduces inventory costs and allows additional options to be seamlessly integrated directly into the window frame.

The window must be tested in accordance with the applicable standards. The external aluminium cladding must completely cover the timber while ensuring that a standards-compliant building connection is possible. A modern wood/metal window system such as evowin features three continuous perimeter seals in the window rebate for maximum insulation.
In addition to the standard components, evowin includes a pre-installed driving rain seal. Together with the two additional sealing layers, the window achieves insulation values in its standard configuration that exceed those of typical window systems.

Furthermore, the innovative design and the use of Multiklip connection elements offer significant potential for increased efficiency in the production of wood/metal windows.
Yes. The advantages are substantial and beneficial for smaller window manufacturers as well. Examples include fewer clip types and therefore reduced inventory requirements, doubled spacing of the Multiklip connectors, no sorting of sealing frames thanks to roll-applied seals, and optimisation potential in both production processes and sales activities.
Yes. Glass fall-protection solutions can be integrated into the evowin Wood/metal window system. Additional profiles for the safe and efficient installation of glass fall protection are available and can be integrated directly into the system concept.
Flush thresholds are achieved using a specially designed construction in the lower frame area and are sealed with a drop-down seal. Comfort and safety are therefore fully ensured with evowin.

The design is already optimised for building connections in accordance with SIA 271:2021 and incorporates a rot-proof substructure.
